I should’ve known something was wrong when I tried to sign into the Internet and it did not recognize my room number nor my name. but I discounted it as a glitch. Most front desk staff, over my multiple stays in 2026, exude a "couldn't care less to have you as a guest" attitude at check in. ”When I first checked into first room the A/C was very loud. The front deck person was very nice and switch my room with a quieter A/C but not that quieter. I lived with it. The maid service was terrible. Not knowing that this property only services your room every other day I didn’t have any cleaning service for three days. I had to walk down to the front deck at 4pm and tell them my room was not done yet and they assured me it was on their list of rooms to be done. I did notice the maid service...

”The coffee /tea bar was great. Breakfast was exceptionally good with hot and cold choices such as a yogurt machine with six crock jars of toppings or the Waffle machine. Hot scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausages, all kinds of muffins, breads or danish and four kinds of juices. The pool was empty despite 90 degree day.”
