”I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip. I said something at the front desk the next day but no offer of adjustment was given. There was a quarter...

”Loved the place except for The feature on a bathtub faucet that hinders hot water is commonly known as a hot water limiter. When you want hot water you should be able to get it! Otherwise we enjoyed our short 2 day stay.”
