”Room 417 smelled like stool. We alerted the front desk, and they walked back to our room with us and agreed it smelled like bowel. Left us to spray and said they were full and could not change our room. ”

”Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them! The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck. Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves! ”

”Clean bed, no bugs. Very dusty room. Some of the toiletries were already opened and used (lotion). We requested a couple extra pillows during the night and it took 7 hours to get them. Breakfast was good but expensive.”

”I would definitely book with them again. Only thing is our shower water didn’t go down like it was supposed to and stayed in the shower. ”

”We were in town for a concert. Was a nice stay within walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast was really good and hot options not the typical cold cereal and bagels. Room was clean loved how spacious the bathroom was so the two of us could navigate around to get ready without being in each other’s way. No microwave etc in room but plenty of places to walk to for great food and nightlife. ”

”I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. ”

”Bedroom suite we had was amazing. Two bathrooms and the extra space was a huge bonus. Exploring the hotel and plaza area was very interesting and our kids loved it too. Parking is kind of annoying and valet tried charging us extra at the en of our stay. ”

”The parking garage across the street is not affiliated with the hotel and they dont validate parking. Only thing they offer is vallet. Even if you book a type/style of room dont expect to get what the pictures showed to you when you book. Missing amenities in room ”
