Cozy 1-bedroom country cottage just 15 minutes from downtown Fayetteville

This newly custom built 1-bedroom cottage nestled in the mountains just south of Fayetteville is perfect for your escape to NWA. Only 14 minutes to the U of A campus or downtown Fayetteville, this secluded cottage includes a lovely queen bed in the private bedroom and a beautifully decorated living room with (2) roll-away single beds, offering flexible sleeping options. The luxurious bathroom features a refreshing walk-in shower, hair dryer, soap/shampoo/conditioner and lotion. Comfort is key here, with central heating and air conditioning, wireless internet and TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen as well as a propane grill on the rear deck. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this fabulous cottage provides a cozy retreat. With a front load washer and dryer, our place is equipped for both long and short stays.
Once you arrive, the beauty of the forest and it's peacefulness surround you. Sit on the cool shaded deck enjoy. If it gets too hot or too cold outside, slip inside to the cozy cottage that offers you all of the warmness of home.
This elevated property is located up on a hill with a single lane gravel-based driveway and a reasonably steep grade. Therefore, rear wheel drive cars and pick-ups are advised to get a little momentum and keep it up until you reach the turn into the cottage. Trailers are not allowed. We keep the driveway in good condition and rear wheel drive vehicles can make it fine, but the grade is steep, so please plan accordingly. There are steps into the cottage entrances which are not currently wheelchair friendly.
