”Great remodeled room, location, and service- but the hot tub and pool are being remodeled. Took off a star because of the timeshare pitch at check in which we declined- lady looked like we kicked her dog when we politely said no to a meeting. Front desk staff however were top notch. Like all Sedona properties the timeshare pitch is a part of it if you let them. Prices overall are great for what you get.”

This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable. The place...

”The pool was terrific, lawn was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and professional. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately Inside the rooms were dark because half of wall is painted dark grey, and lights are minimal.”
