”It was expensive for the overall appearance. There are few hotels in the area and it was summer so I assume that is the reason for the price. There were odd smells throughout the property including a strong lemon cleaning smell in the room and the smell of a near by landfill outside. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It should invest in a nice patio in the front since it has a pretty view.”

”There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!”

”Nothing necessarily wrong with the hotel, it’s the area. It’s very secluded. We used it as a stop destination in our way to another location. It was nice and quiet at night though, very peaceful.”

”Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. ”Beautifully restored Inn. However, it’s run without people. I arrived, after being misled by my mapping software, and fortunately the owner was in the bar and helped me very graciously to my room. Without him, I would not have known what to do without a lot of email review. I am old, not a techie and that would have added to my exasperation of being misled by the map app. My room was very well kept. The door was the wrong size or something as it let a lot of light in from the hallway. This...

”Not long after checking in the room I decided to sit on the pullout couch, and when I opened the couch, I found badly stained, what appeared to be blood and mold all over the mattress? I then proceeded to check out the king Size bed mattress to find more disgusting stains and distressed mattress. When i went to the desk and was told that the other rooms available were actually in worse condition to have fire damage on the mattress. ”The place is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but parking is a pain. They need to paint lines. The instructions they give are to "park diagonally" but without lines in the tight parking area, people park like idiots and if you are last in, you'll have to park elsewhere. Both nights I stayed, I couldn't park in front of my unit because people park all over the place or even across 2-3 units. Everything else was fine.”

”Beautiful and spacious balcony overlooking the mountains and golf course. We loved the view from our room 521. . Great place to relax before dinner with a glass of wine/cheese. Location is good within walking distance to a most wonderful restaurant named prominence. Highly recommend. The on site restaurant was nice too. Biggest disadvantage was the tv as it does not have any cable and then ending up with no signal at all. Other than that it was a really great place to stay.”

”Everything about this stay was excellent! At check in Adriana made sure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations for the area. The food at Dandies was so great that we ate there two out of the three nights of our stay. At the Dandies bar, Jaime and Andre were fun to talk to and very attentive. Room was spotless and decor was perfection. Grounds were gorgeous. Cannot wait to stay again!”
