”I did not use the gym but last time there it seemed pretty nice. The business center is severly lacking but with todays use of laptops and tablets I can see why. But I wanted to print out a boarding pass for my upcoming flight and coudn't.”

”This is an old property but the room was clean, spacious, had a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed. The woman who runs the place was helpful and pleasant. ”

”It was a wonderful stay plan on going back to stay a little longer it was our first time down in Long Island and the area was beautiful serene. All of us who stood there for a bridal shower that we were attending 5 minutes away agreed on the same it was a lovely place and a wonderful experience that. Definitely planning another trip. As for the hotel I plan on staying at Hampton Inn Suites if they're available wherever we go away”

”It smelled like cigarettes and i was scared to sleep between the sheets in case of bed bugs. ”

”I was in town for a wedding nearby and booked this hotel because it advertised free local shuttle. I called ahead to ask for a shuttle from the train station and was told it was not available. I also asked for a shuttle to the wedding venue, and was told that there is someone available, but they do provide transport to other venues… which seemed petty and does not affect the other venue, rather it affects the guest who chose to stay at your hotel and now has to arrange and pay for another ride....

”The hotel condition was bit bad and the locks did not works properly.”

”We love staying here! The rooms are so clean, and so accessible. We are always greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk. The staff always attends to our needs, even if it is a last minute check in! I will always look to book this place!”

”No kitchen, very small room, very tiny bathroom, no light in the shower so it was very dark, used soap, hairs from someone else on the sheets, smells like stale cigarette smoke, dirty furniture. Sheets did not fit correctly on the bed.”

”There was no was to heat water for tea or coffee. The "complementary breakfast" was in the office: coffee and a granola bar. The evening I arrived the rug by the bed was wet. The place was clean but not in any way welcoming.”

”It was the worst experience of my life. A pipe froze burst they needed to ship us to a different location. We received nothing in return for the trouble that we went through and the management was mean and nasty.”

”Room was clean & heated upon arrival. Bed is comfy. Desk to work at & available Wifi. Room cleaning service came everyday. All the staff was friendly & helpful. Parking was always available. The ac heats the room quickly.”

”They charge me for $100 deposit and told I'm gonna receive it 5 to 7 business days is been 10 days and still haven't received my money yet, I call them they said sometimes it takes more than. I mean how? I've never paid a deposit at any hotel except this, and the fact that they don't send your money back is crazy ”

”Luke warm water at best. Low water pressure so toilets don’t flush properly very limited parking and overall not very clean”
