The staff was friendly, but not very helpful at the check-in when we try to early check-in, the room wasn’t ready and then three hours later around 5 PM. It was still not ready.
Hotel in general very clean, but was expecting more from a Marriott standard as I know from other stays.”

The nigh staff were were amazing and very polite and very hospitable unlike the polar opposite of the day staff who I found to be unkind, rude , and judgmental. ”Hi over all the hotel was alright but there should be doors on the rooms that are facing the parking lot so people can in the back and see their vehicles and my room was ok a little noisy a couple times but not bad I would have to say that the cleaning of the room when I arrived was a little bit not too good so for that matter I’m giving the super 8 in Kelowna a 4 star rating thank you”

”People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back”
