”Lovely mid Cape cottage near beaches, restaurants, & shopping on a quiet road. Private backyard, very clean and updated. Lots of common space plus 2 large private bedrooms and a sleeper couch. Stayed with my son, daughter in law and 9 month old granddaughter. Was perfect for our family. ”

”Exellent service, comfortable accommondation, marvelous beds - what else would you need for a good rest. Brewster is in the middle of everything in Cape Cod. The resort area is peaceful and full of opportunities for outdoor activities. We spend in resort the Chistmas week and only thing that we missed was christmas tree or decorations in the cabin... Minus: all residents did not wash themselves before using the pool :(”

”I stayed in the one bedroom with 2 bathrooms and small kitchenette area. There is no housekeeping so if you need towels or bed sheets you have to take them to the front desk and they will give you new ones Overall it was clean and the front desk staff was very nice! The air conditioner wasn’t working in the bedroom and they had a new one in my room within minutes! I would stay here again They also have condominiums for bookings but you have to call the hotel directly, they are not available...

”My husband and I booked a long weekend here after the Labor Day holiday to ride our bikes and visit the beach. We were conveniently located to several trails and Sandy Neck Beach. This newly renovated garage had all the comforts of home, was nicely decorated, and perfect for us. If I had to make one suggestion it would be for a small dehumidifier to be added inside as it felt slightly damp each morning. We would recommend this rental property and would not hesitate to return.”

”We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!”

”We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, the house was spotless, and everything was exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only small issue we had was with the front door—it stuck a bit and took some effort to open. But aside from that, everything was truly lovely.Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.”

”We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. ”

”Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!”
