”Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The room was very nice and the receptionist was great. While I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available during my stay and the breakfast area was okay. Furthermore, my sink head was missing in my room. The hotel is located in a very pleasant neighborhood, and I would certainly recommend it to others.”

”Great room and great location. The view was nice too! It was close to all the shopping and restaurants. It was easy to check in and check out. The only thing I noticed was that one of the parking spaces had a bolt sticking out of one of the bumpers that could have damaged any car parking there. We would love to stay here again in the future! ”

”Quiet and clean”

”Brasada charged me the $150 incidental fee and will not refund me. I keep getting the run around. Its been over a month. My bank says brasada wont release the funds and THEY need to refund me. I call and get sent to a voicemail to leave messages that NEVER get replied too. Fraudulent charge, im going to have to report them to the BBB”

”Parking was easy and we didn't stay for breakfast but everything looked nice that we could see.”

”Room cleaning was haphazard, some days the beds were made and the room cleaned, on others only the trash cans were emptied or the room was not cleaned at all. The elevator and hallway in front of the elevator had quite a bit of trashes that never got picked up. Breakfast is typical sparse and crappy American foods, albeit a little more choices than a sugary donut and cheap coffee. Hotel does provide full amenities like a swimming pool and small gym. ”We checked in late close to 9:40 pm. The indoor spas were closed , the outdoor pool and spa closed at 10pm. We didn’t get to use any amenities as it was late and we checked out early. The staff were friendly the Rooms were comfortable. We didn’t have much light in the room and the tv might have been disconnected when I tried but we were too lazy and tired after the drive to care.
