”Was there for a quick weekend trip in the area. The host was friendly, the location was quiet, and the lake is beautiful. The host offers use of a Sauna if requested. The location is right next to an ATV/Snowmobile trail if this is something you are looking to do. The host lives on the property, but you likely will not notice them as they keep to themselves. Would stay again.”

”Perfect place for our 2-families to stay for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding at Little Presque Isle. Between both families including bride/groom, parents, siblings, grandparents, best man & maid of honor, we used each of the 9-bedrooms in this very well-equipped house. The kitchen was large with modern appliances with ample seating space. The living room, upstairs rec room, and covered porch provided great hangout areas. ”This house was so perfect for our family of 7 adults, an 8 year old, and 5 month old! It had everything we needed and more! We loved the “poker room” and hooked out switch up to have game night, the sauna was incredible and inspiring me to build one in my basement, the kitchen was incredible and loved they had an extra kitchen in the basement! The owner was great to work and and quick to reply! Our family absolutely loved it here! Music on the Manitou on Wednesday night was a hit! Loved every...

”My husband, our 2 children and myself stayed at the property as part of our spring break. This place is awesome! This has got to be the most luxurious cabin we have ever stayed in. The pool/hot tub area was wonderfully maintained and the pool was warm upon our arrival. Plenty of firewood was provided and we used the indoor fireplace daily. Ample cooking supplies were provided, even skewers for smores which I had forgotten. The grounds and lake were expansive and private. Mr. and Mrs. Hockaday...

”Nicely renovated, very clean and quiet. Enjoyed eating in nearby Marquette eateries Lagniappe's, Steinhaus & Sol Azteca. Steinhaus was pricey but you will not be disappointed. This was our first visit to the Upper Peninsula and the waterfalls were beautiful. We covered a lot of ground between the Porkies and Tahquamenon State Park.”

”We rented this cabin for our anniversary to relax and unwind. It was perfect. Very well appointed and had everything we might need. The view of the Michigamme River was just beautiful. It was cold and rainy on and off during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy sitting out on the deck or having a fire but we’re already looking at coming back next year during the warmer months. Even so, the large window at the front of the cabin allowed us to feel almost outside without being out in the cold and rain....

”Heather is a fabulous, responsive host and the location could not have been better for our stay during the Marji Gesick. The house is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to a cute lakefront park. While the listing states there are 2 bedrooms, access to the second bedroom and the bathroom requires passing through the first bedroom, so it is not a truly private space, which is something to consider depending on who you are travelling with.”
