”That condo is beautiful and immaculate and close to amenities.Our host was very kind and helped us unload our luggage. The layout and function of the condo was explained clearly. Everything was easy to find. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would hesitate to book again!”

”Great location. Comfy beds. Accommodations as pictured and as described. Relatively quite building when we were there. Good location specific recommendations from host. Application a bit tedious, but I understand because it is in a potentially located in a party zone. My only suggestions is a better closing mechanism for the buildings front door- as other tenants left it open several times open, making the entryway cold and sometimes smokey from the folks smoking outside the adjacent bar. ”

”The Saint Lofts is in a great location, and the apartment itself is a nice size with a good layout. However, this unit shows clear signs of heavy use and could really benefit from more thorough maintenance and greater attention to detail. Some chairs are wobbly, and near the end of their lifespan, several light bulbs were burnt out, and there were noticeable cosmetic issues, such as chipped furniture, cigarette burns on the floors and furniture, and white paint splatters from touch-up work. ”The apartment was fine, if a little careworn. The location is not ideal for sightseeing. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. If you do not have a car, you will need to use Uber to get around as the nearest Metro station is a 20 minute walk away. It is quiet, except for the car repair businesses across the street. The rooftop offers nice views. ”

”There is no cooling nor air conditioning in the two bedrooms, the only cooling AC unit is installed at the living room. Sot hot and humid inside the bedrooms, but need to open the doors all day and night, no privacy. Bad…,”

”Frank's condo was everything we could have asked for on our three-night trip to Montreal. Close to the metro station, as well as a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, the fourth-floor condo served as a comfortable and convenient home base for us. We very much appreciated the designated parking space included in the rental price. When the wi-fi suddenly went down on our last night, Frank responded promptly with a solution. My only complaint is that the pillows were flat and...
