”The air condition was set on low and could not change it higher. We put our baseball fans on so it was good. The room and pool were clean so we did not complain. The breakfast could have had fruit, eggs and waffle machine like most free breakfast has. and no elevators> That did not bother us. However, some need elevators and carts to stay longer. We only stayed one day night.”

”Great customer service, unfortunately there’s a smell of old, I found a cockroach in the bathroom, although I didn’t find any bed bugs I was scratching myself here and there, there were stain on the floor. Overall the place needs an improvement on cleanliness and get rid of that smell.”

”The house was very clean and smelled good when you walked in. It was very roomy. We found most things we needed. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house. Some things to note: As mentioned in other reviews the bed in the master bedroom is very high. There is a step stool to help get in. You can actually turn the ceiling fan and light on and off sitting on the bed. There was a smell when using the showers. Since it was both bathrooms we all assumed it was the water but just wanted to point it...
