”The lady at the front desk was great. The breakfast was excellent. The cleaning staff was wonderful. The only thing I did not like was my wife and I was watching our four granddaughters for my daughter and her husband to go eat and they said we only get four armbands for the pool and since there was 6 of us they wanted us to pay 25 dollars an armband so that would be 50 dollars just for a few minutes at the pool. After paying 136.00 for one night stay, I think that is a joke. We were fortunate...

”Great customer service, unfortunately there’s a smell of old, I found a cockroach in the bathroom, although I didn’t find any bed bugs I was scratching myself here and there, there were stain on the floor. Overall the place needs an improvement on cleanliness and get rid of that smell.”

”The air condition was set on low and could not change it higher. We put our baseball fans on so it was good. The room and pool were clean so we did not complain. The breakfast could have had fruit, eggs and waffle machine like most free breakfast has. and no elevators> That did not bother us. However, some need elevators and carts to stay longer. We only stayed one day night.”
