”The entire facility smelled like mold and smoke. My room smelled like urine and smoke. The towels were dirty. The toilet had menstrual blood on it. It was horrible. The orher hotels in the area provided the same Unsatisfactory. Next time i will stay in Lafayette. ”

”Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor. In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!”

”The pictures are extremely misleading. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. One of the blankets had a whole in it. There was a face towel left on the shower curtain rod. It smelled like smoke. The floors were peeling. The walls were damaged. I wouldn’t even invite someone to come see me and sit in the parking lot. ”The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. ”
