”We had to leave and stay at a different hotel due to the unsanitary conditions at Whitehall Cottages. The bed had dirt and hair on the sheets and all around the mattress. There’s no staff on the property and the owner didn’t respond back until later in the evening after we were already checked in to a different hotel. ”I had surgery at a near by hospital on a Wednesday. We arrived early on a Tuesday for my required pre surgical scans. As we drove 3 hours from home I am not familiar with the area, we thought we might get an early check in time and get to bed early for my 5:30am arrive time at the hospital. But the staff at the front desk wouldn’t allow a minute before the usual check in time of 4:00pm This hotel is pretty impressive from the outside and nice on the inside. The bed and pillows are comfortable....

”It was a nice peaceful hotel in a charming town. My only complaints were I couldn't get access to the streaming apps on the TV because it looked like the previous guest was still signed on. Even though according to the guest information binder, guests are signed out when they check out. And the volume button did not work, I ended up just streaming on my phone because the TV was too loud and I didn't want to disturb the neighbors. ”Had to change room 3 times within a 2 day stay no manger on call ac didn't work room barley cleaned didn't get blankets til midnight tics crawling on the bed the pool was nice the beds comfy staff decent just alot for a weekend stay ..........”
