”Clean room and no issues”

”Breakfast is better than average. Location is very convenient to UW campus (especially Lakeshore area). Facilities could use more upkeep.”

”We asked for towels and trash bags and never received them. I had to go back down the next morning to get them from someone at the front desk. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and not 1 time did someone come and clean our room. We were gone everyday of our stay doing things. This is absolutely absurd. People at the front desks are rude or playing on their phones. Housekeeping is always on the floor but would rather be on their phones and balring their music or facebook. This is not how a...
