”Was a first time in Maui and in this hotel. Got an upgrade to a studio with a kitchen and a balcony. The room was awesome and super clean and comfortable! All the neccessary kitchen supplies to make breakfast, lunch ot whatever. Microwave, stove, oven, large fridge and freezer. The bed was excellent to sleep in. You can rent dvd's and playstation games at the lobby with no charge, nice thing to do in the evening. Also free of charge tennis outside. The hotel pool area is beautiful with one big...

”Our ocean front 1 bedroom with loft was absolutely perfect. We booked this room for the last few days of our trip.We stood the first 5 days at a “fancy resort”,needless to say this was totally worth the price and location. We will be back in December and definitely be booking Napili Sunset for the majority of our stay. Just as short walk out to the water. ”

”This is a great cozy property right on the Napili beach. You can literally throw a rock in the ocean from the balcony. Ocean is so close that you will not miss a swimming pool. The services were excellent. Rooms were very clean. All amenities were provided in the room to cook if you prefer to do so. I'll happily go back again. ”

”We had a studio w/ ocean view. Having full kitchen and washer+dryer worked out well for us, having two children with two adults. Kitchen has all full-size appliances, side by side fridge has icemaker. Room also has washer and dryer. Hotel has very nice and helpful staff, service works well. Resort fee ($ 29,00 +tax/ room/day) includes everything, Wi-fi, towels at the pool, parking (also vallet parking) and much more.”

Facility and service falling apart
"A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". Later we found out that also the laundry room and the gym were out of order as they had experienced a fire of the electricity system. Lack of transperency is disappointing. We stayed 4 nights, and were told there would be cleaning service only every 3 days. After 3 nights the room was not done. I asked about it and the attendant promised to have it done. No-one ever came and no-one ever said anything about it. When I checked out I mentioned it and the answer was literally a shrug. No-one seems to care about anything. I´ve been trying to think of something positive to say. Let´s go with that the butterfish in the restaurant was tasty."
