”I always enjoy staying at the Courtyard by Marriott. Every one I have stayed at is nice, food is great and I love access to a balcony, which is a rare find, at any hotel, not on the beach. The staff in Melbourne is not notch and always go above and beyond to accommodate anything for their guest.”

”The Peacock House is a delightful home in an area full of restaurants, shops, groceries and a huge mall 2 miles away. The fenced in back yard with the patio chairs gave us a nice place to relax. While walking our dog one morning, we encountered a peacock roaming the neighborhood. Both dog and peacock were curious about each other. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath home was quiet and included towels, bed linens and all necessities. Our host was very responsive and helped make our stay a real joy.”

Quiet neighborhood close to everything and just a short drive to beaches. Comfortable beds, decently stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and misc incidentals. Will always be my first choice when traveling to this area.”

”Heated pool was fantastic. It was a bit cool some days and the heated pool let the kids swim for 8hrs a day. Location was good for simple amenities. Easy to get on highway to go north or south on the coast. Great market nearby on weekends to pass some time and grab a coffee. The house was setup great. Double living rooms allowed the adults to watch sports at night, and kids to play games in the second living room. Bedrooms were great. Water pressure in shower was a bit weak in the ensuite, but...

”This is such the perfect rental for a couple or small family. The place is immaculate and everything is new and updated. It’s super close to the beach and everything you need. Highly recommend!”
