”The staff at check-in which included a non-smoking room were very helpful but after the first day, everything spiraled downwards. No one would assist with the abusive smoking issue we encountered for a week in room 108. Yet, Haphazardly, we reported the problem daily only to discover on July 1, 2026 we were deceived. ”My room was clean but it was old .the curtains in the rooms had holes in it. The room had a wet smell. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean it's just old and need updating. No microwave in the room you have to ask for it if they have it available. Notice water damage on the ceiling in the room. The pool was cloudy and looked old I didn't get in it I just looked at it. The staff was helpful. I did not eat at the hotel I was able to find more affordable food. I will not stay again.”

”The Marriott is such a pretty little hotel out of the way in a nice location in Trumbull, CT. The rooms are very clean with comfy beds. The hotel itself is so nice with many comfy seating areas everywhere, gorgeous massive fireplace in lobby and a nice restaurant called Parallel Post, which has a yummy, albeit small menu. ”I have to shout out Michelle! She is absolutely amazing! She helped me out so much after a horrible experience at another “hotel” that lacked competency. She allowed an early check in and just have a great experience to end the trip with. The staff was kind and friendly. I’m very pleased with this stay. Highly recommend!”
