”Zero start hotel!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had.
The room had an unpleasant smell, like old shoes. The breakfast was very poor — mostly sugary pastries, low-quality bread, and jilyst single type of deli ham. Many guests seemed to be waiting for some hot food, but none appeared.
Haha! The buffet appeared to be based on the theory that if you offer enough varieties of sugary pastries, guests might forget they’re still waiting...

”The hotel is fine— but I was a little disappointed by how the staff shared information about the power being out at the hotel. The power outage was not their fault, there was a downed tree, but they waited until I was all checked in to share that my room had no power and that they had no information on when it would come back on.
I spent the first hour sitting in a room with no heat or lights—- with no clue on when things would turn on. I flew in from the East Coast to attend an event that...
