Whether you're whipping up a quick meal or preparing a gourmet feast, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

Retreat to the bedroom, featuring a luxurious bed with a new 10'' hybrid mattress for a restful night's sleep. Additional amenities include nightstands, a 40'' Smart TV, a dresser, a working desk and chair for productivity, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The bathroom offers convenience with a shower and a vanity providing ample storage space. For your laundry needs, take advantage of the shared and free of charge laundry room. Outdoors & laundry are shared.

Facing the property, the driveway on the right is your exclusive parking spot. Additional street parking is available if needed.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
