The Space:

Step out onto the sun‑kissed patio and feel the gentle Florida breeze as the pool glistens beside you. Imagine evenings spent playing darts in a cool, air‑conditioned game room, then drifting to sleep on a plush king‑size bed with the sound of distant waves. By day you’ll wander to the nearby oceanfront park, and by night you’ll unwind in a space that blends modern comforts with tropical charm.



Sleeping Arrangements

The master suite features a Luxury King Bed, Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. Two guest suites each offer a Luxury Queen Bed, pool views and Smart TVs. Additional sleeping options include a comfortable couch, an air mattress, and a crib, allowing the home to sleep six comfortably, up to eight guests maximum.



Outdoor Living

A private heated pool invites you to soak under the palm‑fringed sky; heating is optional at $100 per night and is recommended from October 15th through May 31st with at least three days’ notice. The landscaped garden provides a tranquil backdrop for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for meals for up to eight, complete with Starbucks Espresso and Drip coffee stations, an Insta‑Pot, blender and mixology bar. Formal dining seats six, a casual dining area seats five, and a kitchen bar offers three additional seats. Kids plates are provided for family meals.



Game Room

Air‑conditioned and equipped with air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, board games and a Smart TV, the game room is perfect for friendly competition after a day at the beach.



Neighborhood & Walkable Attractions

A short stroll brings you to Oceanfront Park on Flagler Drive and to local favorites like Howley’s Diner and Dixie Grill and Brewery. Within a ten‑minute drive you’ll find Municipal Beach on Palm Beach Island, the upscale Royal Poinciana Plaza, Esplanade Shopping, and the vibrant City Place downtown.



Concierge Services

Kelly and Ali are available to arrange excursions, in‑home dining, family photo shoots, transportation, spa services, private chefs, pre‑stocked fridges, babysitting and more, ensuring a seamless stay.



Pet Policy

The retreat is kid‑friendly and dog‑friendly. Dogs under 20 lb (maximum two) are welcome with a $250 fee per pet and written approval; service animals are exempt. Cats are not allowed due to guest allergies.



House Rules

No smoking or vaping indoors. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Parties with outside guests are not permitted. Respect the peace of the neighborhood for an enjoyable experience for all guests.
