*No parties or large gatherings. If you are going to have more than 8 people visiting, there will be additional charges per additional guests. If you will have company that exceeds the 8, you need to contact me directly and we will discuss options.

No parking on grass. Four cars can fit in driveway and any additional cars, can be parked on street, but not overnight. There is an irrigation system, that if damaged, could be very costly and you will be responsible for repairs.
If requesting an early check-in or late checkout, if possible, we will discuss a fee amongst ourselves depending on how many hours you will be extending. You can give me a call at anytime. I’m not only the host, I am the owner too and I care about you and my property.
