Inside, you’ll find bright, open living areas designed for relaxing, gathering, and spending time together. The main house features a comfortable living room with a large sectional sofa, Smart TV, and queen pullout couch for added flexibility. It’s a great spot for movie nights, games, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach, downtown, or by the pool.

At the heart of the home is a beautiful gourmet kitchen with quartz waterfall countertops and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you’re making breakfast before a beach day, snacks for the kids, or dinner for the group, the kitchen is designed to be both functional and stylish.

The property includes 3 separate buildings, each with central air conditioning for comfort throughout your stay. The main house offers spacious bedrooms and shared gathering areas, while the second building and garden apartment provide additional privacy for families, couples, or guests who want their own retreat.

Important Notes

Trash collection is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays.

After the 10th guest, an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night applies.

No smoking, pets, parties, or events allowed unless specifically approved in writing.

Guests must respect neighbors, local laws, and all house rules during their stay.

Security & Monitoring

A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door and faces the street. A driveway camera and two additional exterior cameras face the alley and street for added security. Cameras are exterior only and do not face bedrooms, bathrooms, private indoor spaces, or backyard amenity areas.

Cameras begin recording only when motion is detected.

The home is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels only. It does not record audio or video. The property also has an occupancy detection device to help ensure the home is used according to the reservation and house rules.

West Palm Oasis is a spacious, stylish, and fun-filled home base for your South Florida stay. With a private pool, pickleball court, jacuzzi, multiple living spaces, and a fantastic West Palm Beach location, it’s designed for groups who want comfort, convenience, and plenty of ways to enjoy their time together.
1. Pool: Use of the pool is at your own risk. Glass is not allowed around the pool, and diving is prohibited.

2. Smoking: Smoking inside the home is prohibited. Any smoking trace will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

3. Save Energy: Please keep doors and windows closed to save energy and reduce AC use.

4. Parties and Social Gatherings: There are absolutely NO PARTIES allowed - please respect the surrounding neighbors and the property. Gatherings of more than 16 people—including both overnight guests and visitors—are not allowed and any visitors that remain at the property after 10 PM will be subject to additional guest charges ($50 per unreported guest per night).

5. Noise: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM and any excessive noise violations can result in immediate termination of the booking as well any damages will be passed onto the guest and result in an additional $500 deep cleaning fee.

If you choose to swim or entertain after 10 PM, please do so quietly to not disturb our neighbors.

Continuous noise disturbances may result in the termination of your rental, with associated fees forfeited. Pool use is at your own risk.

6. Pets: Pets are only allowed with previous approval. Bringing unapproved pets into the house will also result in a $500 deep cleaning charge.

7. Trash: Please leave your trash in front of the porch and segregate recyclable and compostable materials. Pick-up days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
