”Nice staff and clean comfy beds ”

”This place is a switch and bait. Picture is for the Radisson in the front and the Derby is an old building attached in the back. Nasty looking and old. Do not believe the picture on the internet. I felt dirty and not safe there. One guy was watching us unload the car and made me uncomfortable. Would never recommend or stay there again.”

”First off the hotel doesn’t look anything like the website. The place had a weird smell to it. The hallway and room smelled. I have a CPAP machine and had to change the filter when I got home because the smell was in the filter. We paid for 2 nights and checked out after one. I told the front desk clerk we were checking out early. They didn’t even ask why or anything. They offered a continental breakfast but we pasted on it because of the condition of the hotel. ”A little stingy with bottled water but everything was quite well maintained and staff was accommodating whenever I needed something. The building and room were clean. I appreciate the full size bottles of hair care and shower gel. The towels were soft and a good size. I will definitely be back next season. Great staff and hotel.”

”Advertised with an indoor pool. Of course it’s May and it closed for repairs/maintenance so the extra money I paid to stay here so my kids could swim where sadly disappointed. Breakfast is a joke.”

”The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The AC left a bit to be desired, it kept cycling just to keep the room at or near 66 degrees with an outside temperature of just above 70 degrees. The Planes Flying Over were the WORST. In the day, they were Nonexistent. At 10pm to around 2:30am when I was finally able to get to sleep, THEY WERE ONE AFTER ANOTHER AND LOUD. ”I was disappointed with the breakfast...no scrambled eggs and bacon...no biscuits and gravy... didn't really care for the omelette served...no cinnamon rolls.”

”The problem was the wrong date booked. I clicked on Wednesday April 29th but the the web site went to Tuesday the 28th which I did not realize so when I got there I had to book a new room. The hotel would not issue a refund since I had booked it with Expedia. I will never use Expedia again!!”

”A few positive points: the staff let me check in early and the property wasn't too noisy. One of the negatives: the beds were more like torture devices than beds. ”
