The pool and hot tub were nice to have but not clean - I fished out multiple clumps of hair in the pool and the water color and smell in the hot tub honestly made us think someone had urinated in it. The carpet in our room was straight up not clean - visible dirt/crumbs throughout. ”

Shower diverted valve didn’t work properly. 10 minutes and a pair of players needed for my shower. Coffey pot didn’t work and there was no adequate lighted parking available. ”The room was great. The bed was good. The pillows were way too fat for me so I couldn't sleep with their pillows. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no freezer part so that was frustrating. The pool and hot tub had no heat so I didn't use them though I booked this stay specifically to use them. ”We had a lovely room on the ground floor. It wasn't noisy at all, except for the highway right next to the hotel. The room was completely adequate, no complaints at all. The bed wasn't half bad, actually slept! Usually hotel bed are harder than we are used to and we toss and turn all night.
