(Hadn't seen that before). He spoke broken English and didn't like me asking questions. Room was nice though. Need to train employees how to treat paying customers.”

”The overall property was top notch, the staff at check in was excellent, the room was very nice. After I checked in I went to use the bathroom in our room before we went out to eat, I lifted the toilet seat and almost gaged. Urine had fermented in the toilet and made the bathroom smell so terrible that we didn't use the bathroom for a few hours. My daughter requested a hotel with a hot tub for her birthday, she just wanted to relax, so I looked for the best rated hotel with a hot tub....

”I always stay at the Residence Inn when I’m in Chippewa Falls. I had to work remotely last week, and it worked perfectly.
Last week was also the first time I used the pool and was pleasantly surprised to find that or is a saltwater pool!
As always, the staff are great, and the entire hotel is perfectly clean and maintained,
They serve a full breakfast made from scratch.

”So much too do for EVERYONE:) Loved all the fun options for every age. We had a 5, 14 and 17 year old, (and 40 year old mom and dad, lol). We ALL found fun things to do. Even the 17 yr old who initially was reluctant, was asking to do more by the end lol! Stayed in one room and was very comfortable! If this place included breakfast it would be Perfect Score 10/10. Even with out would highly recommend.”
