”Overall the room was great. Plenty of space for our family of 5.”

”This hotel might be the “best” in Nebraska City but ughhh it makes me sick the price I paid for this stay. The elevator was broken, there was a shattered window, the beds were hard and the water pressure was non existent. The one thing I will say is the staff were kind and helpful when our tv broke and the breakfast was hot.”

”Since it’s the only hotel in Glenwood Iowa, it’s pretty nice. They take very good care of it. It’s very clean. The rooms are pretty spacious and it was near a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again if I’m in town for a wedding.”

”The check in went as expected and the clerk was nice and personable. However when I got to the room I noticed long black hair all over the tub. Ick. It said breakfast but bread and waffles does not a breakfast make. Otherwise the place was exactly what I needed after a 10 hour drive from South Dakota”

”There was only a kiosk for check-in. We were told to sit down until they were ready. We had pre-paid, all we needed was a key card. It took 15+ minutes & it was difficult to understand. ”

”I wish I had the name of the lady running the check-in/front desk when we checked in (06/19/2026 at approx 9pm). She was the nicest, most helpful person I have dealt with in a very long time. We got in later than we wanted and she went out of her way to make sure we were able to order from their lounge, made calls for us, just was so polite and helpful. The staff at the lounge/bar were also great. The rooms were clean, and the property seems well maintained. I'd absolutely stay here again and...

”Older Hotel and needs to have someone to come in and look at everyday wear and tear fixes that customers see. But clean for a one-night stay.”

”We stayed in a newly renovated room and the front desk attendant explained that the contractor was going back through some of the rooms to catch anything unfinished. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient and has reasonable prices. This hotel is conveniently located to the Offut Air Force Base and has direct access to a nice bike path that we used during our three night stay. This hotel provided the best stay for the money on our eight nights of travel.”

”I love this hotel for my grandkids! All ages can enjoy their pool. Even though it only goes to 3ft it is still fun to play with kids and go down the water slide! Hot tub so warm and relaxing! And FREE BREAKFAST!! Compared to other hotels in Omaha, Ne this is THE BEST PLACE FOR FAMILIES AND KIDS!!”

”Check in was easy. Our room looked nice at first. The alarm clock had outlets on it but it wasn't working. I needed an outlet for my cpap. I moved the night stand and put the plug in the other outlet .it worked but there was a full bottle of water and garbage in the floor. The carpet was filthy. The tile floor had a prescription pill on it. There was a pen on the carpet. The refrigerator worked but the small freezer portion was a block of ice. I needed to go to the front desk for a box of...

”Front desk staff lady was super friendly and fast. Hotel was ok- bathroom could have been a little cleaner. It served its purpose for a short stay.”
