âWe booked a family room, and fairly last minute. Paid a good price for it. A very friendly welcome, our family room was top of the building, a very warm day you kind of expect a building to get warm, but as we approached our room it got hotter, opened the door, someone had left the heating on in our room, and it was crazy hot. We opened the windows to let the heat out. We found the room neat and tidy, but the decor looking a bit tired, the carpet i think could be deep cleaned, alot of hair on...

âReally great, absolutely spotless room. Lovely shower. As some of the other reviews suggest, it could do with some hooks for coats and bath towels, and maybe a shelf for toiletries in the shower. â

âThe 2 bed cottage was lovely, thoughtful touches including treats and a basket for our dog. Breakfast was fabulous. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend! â

âWhat a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly canât fault anything. Iâd definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as theyâre all...

âRoom was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff good atmosphere in the bar. Food was good. Great aera for exploring.
Stayed here before and the function room and some areas are looking neglected we understand the roof needs replacing on the function room and that there are plans in progress shorty. Needs some love to restore the curb appeal around the check in entrance to give a better first impression.
Enjoyed our stay here and good value for money.â
