”breakfasts and pantry service excellent. vry friendly sand obliging. Stayed 4 days in Tudor and loved cross draft between windows. Adequate as a standard room but it could use some updating, modernizing e.g electrical for charging, light over bathtub to better see quirky shower, working blinds, new drapes, drawers by bedside and for clothes for longe stay. Loved the local & building. Would come back!”

”Unique beautifully remodeled farmhouse on working farm. Rooms was large and high end finishes beautiful tile shower. Nice king bed. Breakfast is new for them and a work in progress. Featured farm grown fruit and a boiled farm egg. Also breads and some cheese. ”

”Ross and Ruthanne were wonderful. Breakfast was perfect. Grounds were so beautiful Loved the balcony. Last night relaxing, morning coffee ( thank u Ross) and breakfast on the balcony… all perfect. Relaxing. Only thing to make it extraordinary would be like a wine tasting and sweets or something in the evening to enjoy outside, on balcony etc??!! Thank u again for a wonderful visit”

”We had a wonderful stay in the family suite at Misty Meadows. The room was clean and a lovely space to be in. The location worked well for us, a 30 minute drive to downtown Victoria if not travelling in rush hour, and it was nice to stay somewhere beautiful and quiet. Errol and Cathy were friendly and attentive but gave us plenty of space, and Cathy made us an excellent breakfast, also going to the trouble of preparing a packed breakfast when we had to leave very early on our last morning. ”Walking into this house was so nice after the other place we had stayed. Walking in the door was like walking into my own home, instant comfort, it was quiet and relaxing to sit outside. My sister was so excited to see a deer last night. We have no complaints and I would highly recommend to anyone that this would be the best place to stay. We would definitely stay again on our next visit. ”

”What a beautiful space! My wife and I were getting married near by and the house was absolutely perfect to accommodate our every need! Nessie was kind to let us use the house as our getting ready location. Its spacious, clean, very well decorated and the back deck was a little haven! Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and large, plenty of space for leisure, and the host was very receptive and kind. Highly recommend ”
