”Lovely visit and beautiful hotel !”

”The staff who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a good hotel for the price. The worst part were the beds, they were hard as rocks. I don’t mind a firm bed, but these could really use a memory foam mattress topper, that would easily bring up the rating to 4 stars.”

”Evening Wine & cheese in lobby was nice. Staff very nice & accommodating. Room was clean except dust on microwave shelf. Awkward checking in if you need accessible entrance; had to call desk from cellphone outside to get them to open that door, & it took a few minutes to get their AI phone answerer to understand my problem & relay to humans at the desk, because they can’t see you from the desk there. Would be nice if they had an intercom at that door, but it’s an old building. But they did come...

”Great location and friendly staff. Room is spacious but needs more electrical outlets. Daily room service only upon request. They also require you to submit your request no later than 2:00 pm the day before which means on the day you check in (which at the earliest is 3:00) you missed the deadline. So the earliest you can get room service is two days after you check in. It's a dumb policy which only aggravates a guest that would like their room serviced daily. ”Cute little hipster hotel. I appreciated the speediness with valet parking, as well as the daily Happy Hour. Shower had good pressure, and the pinball machines were a nice touch.”

”Music plays until midnight, but you know this going in. The only really annoying thing is the room cards demagnetize very easily. I was carrying it in my pocket next to a credit card and it stopped working. Both mine and my girlfriends failed. They need to get a better system, rather than blaming us for having it next to something magnetic. Never had this issue at any other hotel.”

”It’s clean enough, friendly and helpful stuff. Breakfast is ok, but not a perfect. Sofa bed is quite bad, no soft mattress. Overall for the price is great. Location is perfect, very close to waterfront.”
