Motellit – West Stockbridge

”The sheets were clean, the towels were clean, the hard surfaces of the room were clean, the carpet was fairly new and clean. They turned on the heat for us before we arrived, so the room was warm. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows inside the cases were dingy. There were two small bars of soap, one small bottle of shampoo, and only a partial roll of toilet paper. (It’s a good thing we always have some packed.) The room had a lot of traffic noise all night long. We didn’t realize...

”The room was clean and the staff friendly.”

”awesome”

”just what we needed!”

”Nothing great a place to sleep”

”We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was...

”Room was clean, plenty of parking. Biggest down side is that the walls are quite thin; I could hear the person next to me snoring as if they were in the same room.”

”The property was clean, which is my priority. The staff/?owner was lovely. However, even though shevsaidv, "call for anything" she never returned my call. (There was no bath mat or anything to put on the floor when getting out of the shower). Would we stay ther again?, maybe.”

”This review is for the hotel. I stayed two nights (September 18 and September 19). Room #2. I am wondering if the sheets and the comforter were laundered before my arrival. The body smell from them was unbearable. Also all lights (the floor lamp and two lamps on the night stands) did not work. I know this is an inexpensive hotel (actually, not that inexpensive after all) but these things are absolutely necessary at any place where people stay.”
