”The room had been recently renovated it seemed, which was nice, but he floors hadn't been mopped. My feet turned black walking barefoot and everything had a good layer of dust and dead flying bugs. The room was nice tho, well maintained. Quiet and beautiful walkable property. ”

”Stayed here for a weekend getaway and the kids loved the pool/hot tub for sure. Room was nice and adequate for our needs. Looks like they are trying to update some areas which is good and needed. Our room was clean but a bit dated. Comfy beds and big tv after playing in the pool!”

”The place was perfect for a two day trip. It was clean and had a great view of the little lake and fall colors. We were able to cook breakfast on the electric griddle provided, however, we were not able to grill the steaks we had planned because of no way to clean the grill. No problem, though, we just had an authentic German meal out instead.”

”The cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. View of lake and amenities were great. We enjoyed use of the paddle boat. Short drive to Hermann which worked out perfectly for our needs as we were attending a conference there. Would definitely recommend and not hesitate to stay again.”

”Pictures do not do this place justice. We just stayed with 6 kids and 6 adults. There were tons of activities to keep everyone busy, from swimming to kayaking to ping pong, we were never bored. The property is beautifully maintained and the bonus game room was a real hit!”

”Our group of friends were looking for a place to relax not too far away from home and this was perfect. We did wineries and antiques is Hermann and Rosebud, then had food and games at the house. Huge spacious house that easily accommodated our 5 couples where we each had our own bedroom and bathroom area.”

”The house was very clean and they had a lot of great amenities. About 20 minutes outside of downtown hermann, which wasn’t too bad of a drive. The queen sized beds were very comfortable; however, the twins were very firm and uncomfortable. I’m sure kids wouldn’t mind the twin beds, but not great for adults. I wish the windows at the back of the house had curtains”
