Hilton Hotels – West Texas, Texas

”Location location location. This was a short walk to everything we wanted to do 5-8 min walk. Everyone was so nice from the check in to the cleaning staff to the valets. The only thing that that was a problem was the elevators. Every time the elevators opened they were full and we had to cram in. When we went to check out at 10 am Sunday we waited 30 min for an elevator then finally carried our bags down 7 flights of stairs. So either get up and out early or pack light but we would still stay...

”Check-in time showed 3:00 pm but we did nto get out room until after 5:00 becasue it was not ready. It was the middle of the week, not a weekend, so totally not expected. Had to go to the deks to ask if room was ready at 5:00 and it was not. They ended up giving us another room besides the one we booked. Got in room at 5:30. Makes for a long day when you are already waiting due to an ealy flight arrival.”
