”Woman at front desk spoke very softly, and it was hard to hear her even when she was asked to speak louder. We didn’t know about the $60 hold. The room was clean and comfortable with good tv stations. WiFi was so-so. Common areas could use updating and continental breakfast was basic. Nobody seemed to be available at checkout.”

”Staff when we checked in was great and helpful! As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed a bug on a pillow. I took a picture of it and video. I went to the front desk and the there was a lady sitting in the office and asked what I needed. I showed her the picture and video and she asked if it was from today - I said yes, and seemed kind of annoyed, I brought it to her attention.”

”Accommodations good enough for traveling thru ”

”I was only traveling through so only needed a clean room with a clean bed. I did find one bath towel had 2 holes in it - about 2”!! And the air conditioner was too loud to run all night - it would turn off for about 10 minutes and just when I was starting to sleep, it came back on for about 2 minutes. So I really didn’t sleep well. I tried to open the window but it had some sort of lock preventing it from being opened.”

”Rooms were clean, pool was nice. Breakfast was decent. My one complaint was the sound of slamming doors was bothersome at night.”

”Horrible experience! Restaurant food was horrible, waiter said the pizza was homemade- it was a frozen pizza that came on a cardboard tray. Fire alarm was going off early in the morning for hours without an end in site. Place was dirty and outdated! We were in town for a wedding and our rooms weren’t ready. Outside bar wasn’t open on a beautiful Friday, why have an outdoor bar on a lake if you’re not going to have it open. I will not be staying here again.”

”The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend.”

”The staff were friendly and our room was clean. It wasn’t ready when we checked in so we did have to wait a few minutes. Great location, and price.”

”Hotel appeared run-down, it was mostly clean, but definitely showed its age. Rooms were ok, did see a stain on the mattress. Breakfast was not much vs other hotels I’ve stayed at that offer hot breakfast. Bread was stale.”

”If you need a place to sleep then it’s ok but was much worse then when we stayed two years ago. Not very clean or well kept.”
