Located by the quiet and beautiful Lewis Bay, this 2 bedroom and 2 bath ocean view apartment is a gem with bright, airy space, and direct access to the private beach! Free parking, free Wi-Fi. Minutes to Hyannis ferry, boat launch and restaurants.

One of our guest said: "The 2 bed/2bath layout was perfect plus the patio, you can open the sliding doors and feel the fresh sea breeze immediately flowing into the apartment. My kids enjoyed being able to see the ships go by in the harbor, I enjoyed being able to sip coffee and enjoy the morning sun out in the patio".

Being on the second floor, with a full size open but private deck, you could just bath under the sun and watch the stunning ocean. Facing directly to the ocean, you can also enjoy the open and large front lawn, fire pit, BBQ grill and ample parking. The house is newly renovated equipped with all new furniture. We supply beach chairs, beach towels, quilts, blankets, linens, towels, full kitchen ware including dishes, utensils, pans, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (single serve and brewery pot), toaster, private washer and dryer.

Hyannis is right around the corner with great restaurants and oh-so-much more - including waterfront dining, tourist shops and boutiques, ice cream shops, ferries to the islands, whale watch cruises, sailing, farmer's markets and museums. Enjoy water sports, fishing, windsurfing, kiting, swimming, sunbathing, boat watching and more. This is the place to build new Cape Cod summer memories with you and yours, except now equipped with WiFi and television.

Close to seagull beach, smugglers beach, grays beach(boardwalk) , mayflower beach and many others. The small beach in front of the house is private and you can go there anytime for free.

The location was lovely; beautiful view of the harbor from our deck. The surrounding area was wonderful, peaceful and quiet. Surrounding homes were lovely. The apartment was old with a lot of nice upgrades: new floors, marble countertops, new appliances but there were several issues that needed to be addressed prior to our arrival. One of the two doors to the front bathroom was broken. Top hinge was completely ripped out of the wall. We were able to access using the second door. The sliding glass door leading to the patio was extremely difficult to open and close. The owner sent a repair man to fix during our stay (which was annoying). All the verticle blinds were missing pieces with the ones in the back bedroom being hard top open and close. The patio had very little seating: one two-seat chair and two bag/camping chairs. Table had noumbrella for the afternoon sun. The property manager was easy to reach and very responsive to all my requests but these items should have been fixed prior to our arrival. I let the manager know of all of the items that needed attention, so hopefully they were repaired prior to the next visitor's stay.

My family is four had a recent stay at this condo which was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been more perfect – just a short stroll to the beach, which made for incredibly easy and frequent visits. We also loved being so close to local stores and shops, making it super convenient to grab groceries or explore a few of the restaurants. Getting in and out of the neighborhood was a breeze, which was a huge plus for access to the ferry, day trips, and exploring more of the Cape.The condo itself was pristine and clearly well-maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we really appreciated how well-equipped it was as we cooked it own breakfast. From the kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings, it truly felt like a home away from home.We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation, and this property was a nice reprieve from the hotels. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an ideal Cape Cod getaway!

Cape Cod whale watching

Accommodations were clean, comfortable welcoming. Everything we needed was there chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Small walk to a lovely beach area. Nice restaurants in town and we went whale watching on a Hyannisport trip. Our needs were met immediately by the owner. Thanks so much for a wonderful trip.

Excellent stay!

We loved staying at your place Chen! Thank you for being so responsive with my questions and for accommodating us so well with the washing machine....using the one downstairs when ours didn't work. We loved how this place is literally a one minute walk to the water! And also so close to other beaches, specifically Kalmus beach. Craigville Beach also superb and only 15 mins away. Loved too that we could walk to town and the ferry terminals. Would definitely return to your place and this location. Thanks again! Joni

Great location

Property was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It was perfect for my husband and I and our adult daughter and boyfriend. We had breakfast in each morning and then out for adventures. Great area to walk around.

Exactly as shown on the photograph and per the description. Very clean and comfortable with good facilities. I had asked for some shade for the upper apartment balcony and this was provided. Impressed by this responsiveness and the good check-in instructions.
