”We had a lovely time celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday at this beautiful Chatham property. The house fit four generations perfectly, with great spaces to gather, nearby beach access, and a fun swing set for the little ones. The Chatham Bars Inn, where we ate and played tennis, is in easy walking distance. Bill, the property manager, was very responsive. ”

”We love returning to this home every summer, and love Chatham! This home is beautiful. It's in a perfect location, a very close walk to everything downtown- all the shops & restaurants. We love the decor, beautifully east-coast. The home is quiet, clean, very comfortable and has all that you need. We return to it every year so that's our highest rating you can read from us! ”

”This was my 1st visit to Cape Cod and loved the quaint town of Chatham. Loved the house and it's quaint furnishings and the beautiful and colorful hydrangeas in the front yard. Also loved the neighborhood and enjoyed taking my morning and evening walks. I would have preferred if the home was walking distance to Main St. in town, but I had a car and it was only a short drive. I will definitely recommend Lucky Number Seven to all my friends who ever plan a trip to Cape Cod and the town of Chatham”

”This was our first trip to the Cape and found this to be a great place to stay! There are great beaches nearby as well as a walking/biking path. It is also equidistant to both Hyannis and Provincetown which was very convenient. The house had all the necessary amenities (and a little extra) and was comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms have low clearance in some spots and would be tough to navigate for taller people.The upstairs shower is tight but useable for smaller individuals. And the outside...
