Enjoy this beautifully-desired summer family vacation hot spot! This property and condo have it all! You'll be staying in a nice, clean, and well-maintained 3-bedroom/2-bathroom unit that sleeps 8 adults. All units are not assigned until the night before check-in, so I cannot give an exact location/floor # for the unit you'll be assigned. All guests are required to pay a $100 refundable fee upon check-in, and if you want, there is a minor fee to access the internet. The price is dependent upon on how many days your staying and devices you have.

This property has a no-pet policy (service pets only with documentation at the front desk) and the occupancy limit is strictly enforced.
