”Fellow at the desk was awesome. I needed extra pillows (very important to me) and he accommodated. Room was simple but well kept and clean, mostly. As clean as my own home. TV (smallish) and fridge worked. I didnt try the microwave. Shower was a little smaller than I prefer (think phone booth) and the shower head was at my throat level (I am tall) but workable.
