”Staff were incredible. Stefania in particular was v helpful and just really positive and made us feel very welcome. Hotel is in a great location with great restaurants and cafes nearby and close to the museums. Great bakery nearby. Rooms were modern and bathroom shower pressure was great. We got upgraded and were able to check in quite early given the early flight in. Even used the refresh room for a quick shower before flight home.”

”Quite a new and nice hotel. Really friendly staff, great breakfast, nice decor, really clean rooms. The location is good with a metro stopp, shops and restaurants round the corner. Also a short walk to Mariahilfer strasse. The only negative side was that the airconditon was insufficient, the blanket was too thick and pillows were not that great. ”

”Great location: There was lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Also there was two underground stations only 5-10 minutes walk a way from the hotel.
The room was clean and very nice. There was two negative issues about the room: the slippery shower floor and noicy and not so cooling A/C system.
The breakfast was wonderful. There was lots of lovely choices and you can also order your own omelette made as you like.”
