As you enter the property, you will feel right at home, welcomed by the
spacious open-plan design that is filled with warm natural light
streaming in through the windows.

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a
comfortable self-catering experience. It includes additional appliances
for added convenience. The kitchen island is paired with four chairs,
creating an inviting space to enjoy your morning coffee.

The dining area includes a spacious table with comfortable seating for
up to six guests. The living room is well-decorated with a plush
L-shaped sofa, a TV cabinet, and a mounted flat-screen television,
making it ideal for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, guests
can enjoy internet access throughout the property.

Stairs lead to the second floor, where you will find an additional cosy
sitting area as well as three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. The main
bedroom, second, and third bedrooms all feature a queen-size bed, and
an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin with vanity, and a
toilet. The last bedroom is furnished with a single bed and has an
en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet. This bedroom is
not located inside the main house; it has a separate entrance and can
only be accessed from outside Linen and towels are provided with your
stay.

Guests have access to a private garden, a shared outdoor pool, secure
parking, and a balcony with stunning sea views. At Westbrook Beach,
enjoy sunny days on the beach or explore nearby attractions like
Crocodile Creek and Ballito's vibrant coastal spots.

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 33 Westbrook Beach Estate, Flatcrown Road, Westbrook, Durban, South Africa.
