”Clean, cozy, relaxing vibes”

”We loved out stay! Would absolutely stay again. There is a little (under 5 min) walk to the tiny house itself on some rough terrain but it’s worth it for the seclusion. The place itself was so charming and cute. So fun seeing the animals and trails are walking distance away. ”House was perfect for us. We had an anniversary lunch about 20 minutes away. Had everything we needed for 5 adults. Work still being done on house, but it was fine”

”We observed severe black mold on enclosed front porch which permeated the house. Very dirty, dusty. The MB bathroom had hair in the shower drain. 1 bathroom garbage wasnt emptied. Yard and outside were clearly under construction. House should not be rented.”

”It was the perfect weekend getaway near the lake! The Hot tub was a bonus!”

”Excellent host, communicative and helpful. The space is a nice space and plenty of rooms for all. The river access is great and really lovely to have. If you're going in the winter there is a great, new sauna on the deck. We had a great time grilling on the propane griddle and relaxing on the deck. Peaceful and quiet. Be aware, if you are tall, the doorways are a little low, and one of the bedrooms is just off the kitchen and not private.”

”This house was very clean and spacious! Having access to the river makes this place very special. The host was very communicative and response to requests if needed. I was very happy with my stay at this Tri-State property. It's very easy to get to and the directions are very clear.”
