”The rooms are ok but the pool is very outdated. All the lounge chair are old and stained/dirty. The worst is the main lounge/restaurant. It took so long for someone to bring us water, then we had to wait another 10-15mins for a server to come take our order, then 30mins for the foods to come. And that's early in the morning with no hardly any guest yet. For the price that we pay, it does not meet the luxury standard by any mean. ”

”Location was central to a lot of things with a good number of places to eat and get coffee. Staff was very pleasant, property was clean, room was perfect and didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!”

”This hotel was so adorable. Beautifully antique. Our room was cozy and the fireplace was warm and inviting. Our view of the ocean from our room was beautiful, and even better from the roof lounge area. Breakfast was lovely. I enjoyed the chia pudding! What a unique and wonderful experience! ”

”Roof deck and lobby restaurant were great! Hotel staff warm and welcoming. I lost my Jacket and Jerry found it and mailed it back to me. I cannot say enough nice things about this Newport peninsula jewel. ”

”Loistava sijainti, perustasoinen hotelli. Oven raosta paistoi päivä ja kaikki äänet kuuluivat sisään, ja huone varsin kulunut. Kaikki kuitenkin toimii, ja nukkuminen onnistui korvatulpilla hyvin. Aamiainen kiva lisä. Kyllä täällä yöpyy, kunhan ei odota sen kummempia.”

”There was sand in my bed. Makes me question a lot of things. Lots of early morning traffic noise. ”

”Rude people. Had a license that had expired on my birthday and didnt know. Would not let me get the room I had reserved! Very rude and no customer skills whatsoever. Avoid this place. This is the second time I have had a problem there. If you can avoid this place do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.”

”The staff were extremely friendly! Upon arriving I realized that I did not add our children and we ended up in a room that was too small. The staff immediately switched us to another room and accommodated our needs! We are extremely satisfied with the staff. We will definitely return!”

”Huone oli siisti ja kodikas, aamiainen ei kummonen. Valitettavasti yläkerran asukkaiden musiikin jumitus häiritsi illalla niin, että jouduimme välittämään. Basson ääni kuului uudelleen klo 4 yöllä vaikka musiikki itsessään oli hiljaisella. Soitto vastaanottoon kyllä auttoi.”

”Hi! Very noicy hotel because there was construction and some repairs going. And my first ever SPA experience without any showers.”

”Our room was pet friendly and staff were very nice. Our room had a floor that needs to be replaced. The flooring was broken in spots with rough edges where we didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. We have stayed before and always had good experiences so maybe it was just this room that needs work.”
