”The restaurant staff was awesome. Hotel staff were wonderful. The air freshener from hotel staff was a flower sent. To strong. Wife is allergic to it.”

”Nice room- appreciated king size bed and sofa bed for our soon-however the glasses were dirty some days and sometimes not changed out. Not close to the airport - uber was about $55- but pretty close to the mall. Breakfast was very good- great variety-hot items/ fruit/ yogurt/ cereal/ oatmeal- and nice breakfast area. The pool was nice- hot tub jets weren’t too powerful but it was hot. There were some homeless in the area so good to be aware as you are coming and going.”

”The hotel room was clean. We got a room beside the pool on the main floor. Had a door which was nice to go in & out to tye pool. Worried that it eould get loud by the pool but respectfully when it closed st 10pm it was quiet. There is a separate small hot tub. AC was a bit loud but it did kept the room cool enough. The shower water pressure was weak. The faucets would leak and got a few of my belongings wet just had to move it farther way and wipe it with the towel each time I washed my hands....

”Like proximity to mall and other amenities. Difficult to access the property from 170 street. Also shower was not great, shower sprayed all over.”

”Check in was a breeze, room was comfortable and quiet. They seemed a little unorganized for breakfast in the morning. There wasn't enough coffee and they ran out of items. They were replenished, but we had to mention it. Hotel perfectly situated for airport run.”

”Great location right across the street from the West Edmonton Mall. Rooms are very reasonable especially mid week. Continental breakfast does not have any hot items but a great variety to choose from. Parking is great right outside the hotel plus they have underground parking. Overall the stay was very enjoyable.”

”Room was spacious and clean with large, comfortable bed. There was a kitchenette with good sized refrigerator which was very handy. Bathroom was roomy but counter space around the sink was quite small. Really impressed with underground parking! Free breakfast was decent with enough to choose from. Over all, our stay met or exceeded expectations. ”

”We rented a basic 2 queen room. A older looking room, but very spacious and clean. They have removed some of the rugs out of the rooms and replaced them with planking. Very nice. Price was average for a Friday night.”
