Amazing Ocean Front 2 Story Home, askeleen päässä vedestä

Beach House on hiljattain remontoitu kiinteistö aina suositulla Misquamicut Beachillä. Ovellasi on uinti, surffaus, kalastus, melonta, ja mailin päässä loputon ranta. Tämä upea kaksikerroksinen talo, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät, sijaitsee suoraan Misquamicutin rannalla. Kesäisin olet kaikessa toiminnassa hauskan ja kiireisen rannan kanssa. Sesonkiajan ulkopuolella se on yksityinen ja rauhallinen.

Beach House mahtuu mukavasti kuusi ihmistä ja siinä on vuodesohva, johon mahtuu 2 muuta. Talossa on yhteensä kolme makuuhuonetta ja neljä kylpyhuonetta. 1000 neliömetrin toisen tason avoin pohjaratkaisu on ihanteellinen viihdyttäväksi, koska se ulottuu 20 jalkaa ylemmälle kannelle Atlantin valtamerelle päin. Tämä asuintila sisältää uusimmat laitteet. Liesi, astianpesukone, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu kaksoisovi yli kokoisella jääkaapilla, erityisen suuri viininjäähdytin ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö tekevät sinusta tunteen, kuin olisit omassa kodissasi. Siellä on jopa hierontatuoli.

Merenpinnan urheilu 3 makuuhuonetta ja ulkosuihku. On 2 pääsviittiä, joissa on uusittu kylpyamme. Jokaisessa 3 makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone .. Keskimmäisessä mestarissa on syvä poreallas, televisio, erillinen seisova suihku ja bidee. Päästäksesi edessä olevaan makuuhuoneeseen voit kävellä keskimmäisen makuuhuoneen läpi tai päästä siihen rannan 2 oven kautta.

3 kansi tarjoaa mukavat istuimet ja pöydät jokaisessa. (Ellei ilmasto ja sää salli sitä) Sisäiset kierreportaat pääsevät merelle ja ylemmälle tasolle. Kunkin tason televisiot antavat helpon viihdyttämisen tai aikaa itsellesi, jos sitä tarvitset. Kääri valtameren edessä ja merinäköalalla sijaitsevilla ikkunoilla molemmilla tasoilla antaa sinulle uskomattomia, hyvin ansaittuja näkymiä auringonnoususta auringonlaskuun ja luo muistoja eliniän.

Huomaa, että kiinteistöihin on paljon sisäänkäyntejä. Ylemmälle tasolle johtaa 2 portasarjaa. Yksi sarja portaita on kierreportaat, jotka sijaitsevat sisällä eivätkä sovellu kaikille ihmisille. Ulkoportaat sopivat kaikille, jotka voivat mennä ylös ja alas portaita.

What an awesome water front house. The bedrooms are on the first floor, 4 - 5 feet above the sand, and you can watch the waves break from the huge bed in the front bedroom. If you want to know what it's like to live on the beach, this is the place to check out!

The views were even better in person. We were looking for a great oceanfront property that wasn’t too far from the areas we planned to visit. The house was great to watch and listen to the waves and read a book for some downtime between trips out. Our host was great.

The property was perfect for our vacation with amazing views. I was born & raised in Westerly but moved away. My family still lives in the area & my husband’s lives about 1-1/2hrs away. We flew in to spend Xmas w/our family & hosted Xmas day at the house. It was just what we needed. Big open floor plan, beautiful view of the beach & family. Also Cynthia was amazing!! She put up a tree for us, answered any questions we had, took care of emptying the trash/recycling when full & even let us extend our stay a day!! We couldn’t have had a better host. Definitely an amazing place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. It was out of season so the neighboring hotels were closed/empty. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks on the beach just outside the door. We especially enjoyed the large open living area and the proximity to the beach (literally right on it).

This house is on the beach so you hear waves crashing continuously, as long as you leave the windows open. My entire family enjoyed every minute in the beach house. We were very content staying at the house the whole week and didn’t even go to a restaurant which is unlike us. What a beautiful week. Thank you to the owner, Cindy! She was great as well. Everything was PERFECT!

If you want to just relax, enjoy the beach, watch the sunset and enjoy time with your family, this is the place to be. Cindy is an amazing host and was very helpful throughout our stay. She provided good insights about the home, surrounding, and areas to hang out. Overall, me and my family had an amazing time and appreciated host being very kind and accomoding our non-standard requests.

This property is in a prime location just feet away from the Atlantic Ocean on Misquamicut Beach. The main bedroom sits on the first floor and has large windows overlooking the ocean. We would crack open the windows at night and sleep to the sound of the rolling waves--it was divine! The property is very clean, well outfitted, and very quiet. We were there in the off-season (which is what we prefer), so the beachfront was very quiet other than an occasional person walking their dog in the morning. I'm sure it's a little more animated in the summer if that's your thing. The owner was exceptional and gave us some great tips for places to eat and places to visit. Even in the off season there were many incredible restaurants in Westerly, RI and Mystic, CT. Don't miss the Cooked Goose for breakfast or lunch, which is a short 4 minute drive away from this beach house (rumors are that Taylor Swift has frequented this gem). This property is a solid 5/5 and we would stay here again without hesitation!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house. The two masters were ideal, plus the 3rd bedroom each with its own bathroom. The teens had their own space. Well situated location with a short drive to Mystic or Stonington. The sunrise each morning was amazing and falling asleep to the waves crashing gently on the shore was very soothing. Can't wait to return in the summer!

Best home away from home. Super clean, comfortable, amazing view, steps away from the ocean. This was my first time at that property and I’m impressed how accurate the description and instructions were. Cindy you are the best! Thank you for allowing me, my family and especially my doggie to enjoy your beautiful beach house. Hope to do it again in the future. ❤️🐾😊
