Lyhyt 1 mailin kävelymatka lähimmälle rannalle (Dunes beach). Täysin kalustettu New England -mökki. Olohuone, jossa 2 täysikokoista sohvaa ja iso tuoli. Suuri syö keittiössä, isolla pöydällä 6 mukavasti. Ulkopöydän istuimet 8 mukavasti. Makuuhuoneessa 1 on parisänky, makuuhuoneessa 2 on queen-vuode, makuuhuoneessa 3 on 2 erillistä vuodetta, makuuhuoneessa 4 on 2 erillistä vuodetta. Tarjolla on queen-size-räjähdyspatja. Ilmaton jako (Mitsubishi) tarjoaa sekä ilmastoinnin että lämmön. Talo on myös ennakoinut kuuman veden öljylämpöä ja lattialle säteilevää lämpöä. Lakanat, peitot, tyynyt ja paljon pyyhkeitä. 2 täysikokoista kylpyhuonetta. Yhdessä kylpyhuoneessa on erityisen syvä ja erittäin pitkä kylpyamme. 1. kerroksessa iso pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. 50 tuuman HDTV-taulutelevisio, jossa on Verizon-kaapelitelevisiokanavat, Verizon FIOS 100 Mbit / s Internet, mikroaaltouuni, keittotaso, täysikokoinen jääkaappi. Keurig kahvinkeitin, ruokailuvälineet. Kattilat ja pannut mukana. Ulkona palo kuoppaan ja takkapuut mukana. Erittäin suuri piha, jossa ulkokäyttöön tarkoitettu pöytä ja sateenvarjo, sopii erinomaisesti ulkona tapahtuvalle grillille (puuhiiligrilli mukana). Talossa on laattalattiat ja parketit kaikkialla. Hiljainen naapurustossa. Tutustu Westerlyn keskustaan ja käy Grey Sail -panimossa, 2 kirjakaupassa, antiikkiliikkeissä ja monissa vähittäiskaupoissa. Lähin julkinen golfkenttä on Winnapaug Country Club 1 mailin päässä. 10 minuutin päässä Watch Hillistä, 40 minuutin päässä Historic Newportista, RI. Rantakorttimme on Wuskenaun rannalle, joka on 2 mailin päässä. Wuskenqau-ranta sijaitsee aivan Misquamicutin osavaltion rannan vieressä. Siellä on suuri leikkipaikka / tenniskenttä, joka vie illallisen jälkeen tunnin hauskaa vain kadulla ylös Rotary Parkissa, tai aja autolla Watch Hillille jäätelöä ja karuselliretkiä lapsille - tai Ocean House aikuisille. Tämä ominaisuus on keskeinen rannat, ostos, lapsiystävällinen ja perheystävällinen. Foxwoods Resort -kasino on 35 minuutin päässä. Mohegun Sun -kasino on 50 minuutin päässä. Great location. Good response time from landlord after making a request for new comforters for two beds. Outside patio was lovely.Concerns: The biggest problem were the narrow, steep steps up to the main living area. It proved to be very difficult for the majority of us who are in their 70’s. It should be noted in the listing for those who may be disabled or elderly.The oven didn’t work. Overall, the rental needs some upgrades, especially the living room furniture. Floors were not clean either.

Overall it was a pleasant experience however, we were traveling with a crawling infant, and my sons feet were black not even 5 minutes after crawling on the floor. We were also traveling with an elder and the stairs going upstairs are extremely steep and dangerous which was not accommodating. The couches were dirty, worn down, and need to be replaced or at least be covered with clean protectors. After we stripped the beds at the end of our stay, the pillows were stained and dirty. It would be nice if they were replaced with clean pillows and protected by waterproof covers. The beach was only 5 minutes down the road which was very convenient! We enjoyed our stay but the house needs more TLC.

Location was great, near the beach and highway. We stayed the weekend and went to Mystic Aquarium. There are 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs with the kitchen and living room and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. The stairs are very steep and were hard for my in-laws to navigate. There are weren't any paper towels or napkins supplied so be sure to pack those. Hosts were reachable through VRBO.

The home was welcoming on the outside. Not so much on the inside. The furniture is very outdated, I didn’t allow my family to sit on the sofas since they were very gross looking. The unit says pet friendly and it sure is, so much dog hair in the house. If your allergic do not stay here. No one in my family is allergic to dogs but due to the dander we were all taking antihistamines 6 hours in to our stay.i wouldn’t stay there again for that reason.

We only stayed one night to attend a family party so were at the property very little. It fit the needs we had. We originally needed 10 people and a dog but no dog and 6 people were all that ended up staying last minute. There were (and still are) dishes in the dishwasher. No idea if they were clean or not. Floors weren't clean, my kids socks had dog and human hair on them minutes after getting there. Have to wash and dry any towels used before you go, which was odd and also an inconvenience since we couldn't use hand towels any more. Stairs to upstairs are VERY steep but fine for us. Overall fine, very expensive after fees especially for off summer season since its near the coast but we had little other choices in the area to accommodate what we originally planned . Hosts graciously let us check in early since no one was checking out that day and very responsive. Overall spacious house and property and 2 full bathrooms were nice. House and furniture a little dated or worn but comfortable.

This house in Westerly was a nice base camp for our family's first ever visit to New England. It is very close to the beaches, Watch Hill, Mystic, grocery store, and Walmart. Newport is a short drive. Our hosts were great at communicating with us and very accommodating to our needs. Although we didn't spend much time at the property, we enjoyed the amenities while we were there.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We were so happy to bring our four legged buddy with us. We all had a marvelous time at a great rate. Charming neighborhood in great location. Hope to return!

The house had a lot of cob webs throughout it. The upstairs shower had mold. The beds were mad with only 1 sheet instead of 2. The house needs some updating and a good cleaning. Otherwise it was a great location and the owner responded in a timely manner.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. We have rented houses at several RI properties throughout the years. Great location and short distance to things we wanted to do and the beach was great with the free parking pass. We didn't realize the main floor was going to be up a very steep stair which was an issue due to half of our party having knee and leg issues and older persons. When we checked in the house it had a quick cursory clean of floors and surfaces, however the walls in most areas had not been washed with hand prints or food, dirt on them. Cobwebs in corners, dust on ceiling unused areas and a load left in the dryer. When I went to fold them and place them away the cuboard I found most items were tossed in the cuboard balled up and several items were still damp. Should have a deeper clean and for the money charged for cleaning. These are minor concerns so overall decent property.

Our family came up and stayed here for my sons graduation from URI. It was perfect for what we needed. There was six of us and we had plenty of room. The couches and beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Really good location to the school and also very close to nice beaches which we had time to check out while we were there

Overall the home location was perfect, close to the beach and many local attractions. The cleanliness could be a bit improved in unseen corners, under the beds there was a lot of dust. The washing machine is a plus, because we could wash our towels. Some feedback I have is to clean the carpet on the stairs because it needed a subtle freshening. The couches were a bit worn, but a cover would help make it look newer. Overall this home was cute, location was great just some elements needed to be tweaked to make it perfect. We loved the fire pit area with porch, it was a nice way to spend time outdoors, with the mild temperatures.
