”The staff was very friendly right when we walked in the hotel and made us feel so welcome! They were also very helpful when looking for a place to watch a football game we wanted to see! The room was very clean and the frig had plenty of options for drinks if we wanted them and the location was very safe! There were lots of options for things to do in walking distance. ”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The mattress was amazing!! Slept like a baby!! Staff at the front desk were top tier. The restaurant was highly understaffed on New Year’s day. I was with a large party and the poor employee had to wait on us all by herself as the other employees were taking down Christmas decorations. Food was actually very good and came out hot. She did amazing! I don’t remember her name.. I came in on 1/1/25 around Noon with a wedding group. They also did a wonderful job with the Wedding ceremony, etc....
