”Everything was good and exactly as stated. We used the pool and the hot tub. Cooked our dinner on the bbq and took it back to the apartment to eat it on the balcony (we were on the second floor overlooking the recreation area). Shopping was an easy walk. The one night stay was very easy and relaxing.”

”Had such an excellent stay at Hotel City Side in Tauranga. Everything was so stylish and beautifully presented, with superb lighting features throughout that made the whole place feel warm and modern. It honestly all looked brand new and was spotless. The location is perfect too — easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront, which made getting around so convenient. ”Excellent location in town centre. Staffs were so helpful and friendly. In just walking distance beautiful harbor and local business. We stayed there over night for our daughter’s competition in Tauranga, everything was great for us couple. Comfortable bed and clean room. Loved to come back again. ”

”Air condition worked well. Room was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Only item of improvement would be to provide some wrapped biscuits for the breakfast tea.”

”From arrival the host was amazing and while we requested a ground level room they had no idea our daughter uses a wheelchair and yet made it so easy for us to park our car. The motel is near the city but still so quiet and our NY's experience was amazing esp the fireworks display which was literally down the road. Clean facilities, great amenities and awesome for families even though there were only 3 of us. Thank you so the host and team who looked after us and made it a memorable stay ❤️ ”
