âBreakfast staff cut corners with various aspects of food delivery and presentation. Ex: 1) The lids for hot food dishes would not stay up to place food on ones plate. I was at your hotel for a week. It was on the third day i realized the box supporting the heaters could be moved 1/2" allowing space for the hot plate lids could open and stay open as designed.
2) when hot omelets we brought out, the entire fresh batch of omlets was dumped into the existing pan...

âIâve stayed multiple times at the brick kiln golf resort and lodge , and played the golf course multiple times as well.The course -hotel and restaurant (the nest) , are top notch. The thing that constantly stands out- is the staff !!! Always a pleasure to interact and connect with. This particular teamâ pro shop - Garrett and Owen- and the nest - Cayla - and check in personnel were - as usual- just an absolute pleasure.

âI ask 2 weeks before l checked in for my room to be cleaned real good due to my 15 yr old great grandson having alot of allergies. When we checked in there was a medium trashcan under the kitchen sink running over with trash that had smelly fish and shrimp and a half gallon milk carton with sour milk. Plus the refrigerator didn't cool til 2nd day. I had to clean the bathtub. Sofa pillow was ripped open.â
